Piñones Beach Cleanup

Extending Help in the Community of Piñones!

This Saturday, after the regular Shelter Clean-up, we are going to head out to Piñones Beach and giving it a good cleaning-up. We started a clean-up November 17th, but there was so much trash around, we could not finish.

We Need More Hands and Bags to get Everything that Doesn’t Belong on the Beach, OFF the Beach!

The Beach is HOME to so many animals and it is one of Puerto Rico’s many jewels. We have to take care of it!

The details:
When: After the Saturday Clean-up (at around 12pm) to 2pm
Place: Piñones Beach (we will start from the Shelter and head out to the Boardwalk, where most of the trash accumulates. http://bit.ly/shelter-pinones)
Mission: To save the Planet.
What to Bring/Wear: Sneakers, SPF, a hat, a water bottle, trashbags (if able) and a positive attitude!
