FOSTER!

We can save more animals from the streets of Puerto Rico if we can find more foster homes! Are you willing to foster a dog until they find their forever home? Or perhaps only for a shorter, defined period – like a weekend so that one of our current foster parents can travel? Anything helps! And we will provide you with all supplies you need!

Or maybe you are thinking about adopting a dog but you are still not sure if you want to commit a this time? Fostering a dog could be a perfect solution for you! We also encourage foster-to-adopt period to ensure you and the dog are a good match.

Submit a foster application today and save a life!

Success stories:

We are a small rescue and over last 3 years we have brought over 70 dogs to Colorado and found them wonderful homes! Every single one is a happy story and it is an absolute treat to hear updates from their happy lives!

Here see our rescue Jet: he was found as a puppy with burns all over his body. He also had one eye damaged which had to be taken out (thanks to CSU Veterinary Teaching Hospital and our special donor Wes who covered the costs!). Even though he can only see some shadows with his one eye he is a very happy pup! Jet found his beautiful forever family in January 2022 and now goes by name of Felix Fancy ;). Later that year he became ADLA Colorado mascot! We love happy endings like this one!
